IPE Developments
Some of the developments currently underway by IPE Developments are Merchants Yard, Thistlefield Place, Kingsmans Point, The Chase (Smiths Lane), The Roundway, Cobbold Mews, The Pembury and Marble Arch Apartments. The latter involves the addition of eight penthouses to Marble Arch Apartments, comprised of a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom properties.

By identifying important attributes within some of London’s most prime locations, Adnan Imam and his team have a track record of successfully undertaking projects from conception to completion.
Looking to the future, IPE Developments, in collaboration with Buckhurst Hill Football Club and Oak View School, is proposing to redevelop a site formerly occupied by Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College. It is hoped that the site could be retained for educational use by developing a new SEND facility for students with special educational needs who attend Oak View School, as well as adding a new sports ground and facilities for the football club and an enabling residential scheme. The latter element will be set within a masterplan that focuses on providing a network of community gardens, parks, pedestrian and cycle trails, and play areas.
Ventures
Mr Imam has multiple interests in ventures in Bangladesh through private equity. He is also the chairman of Genex Infosys Limited, the country’s leading business process outsourcing (BPO) company within the telecommunications sector. This company currently employs over 4,000 people, boasts five delivery centres across Southeast Asia, has more than 130 global tech partnerships and manages 170 million plus customer interactions every year.
Hobbies & Interests
In his free time, Adnan Imam enjoys a range of hobbies and interests including playing the guitar, visiting the gym, undertaking HIIT training, attending concerts and travelling with his family. He holds a BSc in accounting and finance.
